Dr. Aleksandre Tsuladze is a lawyer with almost fifteen years of working experience in the state and private institutions. He is a Mediator, Arbitrator and Co-Chairman of Commercial Law Committee at Georgian Bar Association. Furthermore, he was actively involved in the process of drafting a new Mediation Law of Georgia and is a co-author of Court Mediation Rules.
Aleksandre holds PhD in Law from Tbilisi State University (2016). Before that, he was Visiting Scholar at Columbia University in the New York City and at the Max-Planck Institute of Comparative and International Private Law (2013/2014). He also holds Masters degree in Commercial Law from La Sapienza University of Rome (2010) and Law Specialization from Tbilisi State University (2001/2006). In addition, he is JAMS Weinstein Senior Fellow and Associate Professor at Tbilisi Open University.
