Daduna Kokhreidze is a highly regarded international construction law professional. She is a Partner at the law firm Nodia, Urumashvili & Partners leading construction law practice of the firm and the President of the Georgian Association of Consulting Engineers ACEG – FIDIC National Member Association. She is an experienced construction, engineering and dispute resolution lawyer with 15 years’ professional practice and an independent dispute resolver, acting both as an arbitrator and adjudicator. She has successfully represented parties in construction and engineering disputes.
She holds the MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King’s College London, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an Overseas Member of the Construction Law Society of UK (SCL). She is a founding member of Georgian Association of Consulting Engineers (ACEG) and an elected board member of Georgian Law Firms Association and a member of Georgian Arbitrators Association (GAA). Daduna serves as a Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF) representative for Georgia. She is the translator and legal reviewer of the official licensed translation of the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction, 1999 Edition, FIDIC Red Book to Georgian language. Daduna has an extensive experience in the use of the FIDIC Contracts. Daduna sits as a Dispute Board Member on the FIDIC and other types of construction and engineering contracts.
